Welkom bij JiVoor. In deze voorwaarden verwijzen de termen "wij", "ons" en "onze" naar JiVoor. Wij exploiteren deze winkel en website, inclusief alle gerelateerde informatie, inhoud, functies, tools, producten en diensten, om jou als klant een persoonlijke winkelervaring te bieden (de "Diensten").

ARTIKEL 3 - BESTELLINGEN
Een geplaatste bestelling is een aanbod tot aankoop. JiVoor behoudt zich het recht voor om een bestelling om welke reden dan ook te weigeren. Een bestelling is pas geaccepteerd zodra wij een bevestiging sturen. Aankopen zijn uitsluitend voor persoonlijk gebruik en niet voor commerciële wederverkoop.
ARTIKEL 4 - PRIJZEN EN FACTURERING
Prijzen zijn onderhevig aan wijzigingen. Tenzij anders vermeld, zijn prijzen exclusief belastingen, verzendkosten of douanekosten. Je verklaart dat je bevoegd bent om de gekozen betaalmethode te gebruiken en dat alle gemaakte kosten door je kaartuitgever worden gehonoreerd.
ARTIKEL 5 - VERZENDING EN LEVERING
Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor vertragingen bij de verzending. Alle levertijden zijn schattingen. Zodra producten zijn overgedragen aan de vervoerder, gaan het eigendom en het risico van verlies op jou over.
